(c) Genichiro Tenryu and Ashura Hara vs. Abdullah the Butcher and TNT
This match is for the PWF World Tag Team Championship and is continued from the end of Disk 1.We get a small clip (we couldn't have missed too much) and while Hara and Abdullah are still in the ring, now Abdullah is bleeding. Hara tags in Tenryu, Stomps to the head by Tenryu and he punches Abdullah where his cut is. Your winners and still champions: Genichiro Tenryu and Ashura Hara

Match Thoughts: A very entertaining match. Abdullah was still at the top of his game and led TNT (Savio Vega) very well. Tenryu and Hara of course are a great tag team, and they both have good chemistry with Abdullah. TNT and Hara tried to isolate TNT which didn't really work until the end, when they finally got rid of Abdullah and easily defeated TNT with a few devastating moves (the powerbomb was huge in the late 80s). Abdullah was actually hustling around a bit, which helped put over the fact it was a title match and he was trying his best to win (he also, shockingly, didn't try to get DQed). They kept the pace up nicely with frequent tag outs between both teams, and I can't find any serious flaws. The end came very suddenly, which was surprising, but it helped show that Abdullah was the one keeping the team ahead, and after he was out of the picture then they had no trouble finishing off TNT. Very enjoyable. Score: 8.0

Hara picks up Ishikawa and delivers a powerbomb, cover, and he picks up the three count! Your winners: Genichiro Tenryu and Ashura Hara

Match Thoughts: Solid match. For as worthless as Wajima is, Hara is awesome. I have decided already that Hara is the forgotten awesome wrestler of the 80s. He is built like a house and enjoys lariating people for no reason. Kicks to the back seems like a lame time wasting move, but Hara makes it look like he actually does hate his opponent and wants to to rupture his spleen. Another quick ending, but at least there was a definitive ending, so I won't complain too loudly. Wajima dragged things down a bit but overall it was fine. Score: 5.5

Still Champion: Jumbo Tsuruta

Post match: Jumbo and Abdullah battle into the crowd, as they literally run for their lives when they see Abdullah coming. Jumbo gets back in the ring but Abdullah chucks chairs at him. As Jumbo goes to leave, Abdullah waits for him and they fight into the crowd again.

Match Thoughts: This match illustrated three things: 1. Why Abdullah was so much fun, 2. why he never won many titles in relation to how many title challenges he had, and 3. why so many different territories used him. He was big and intimidating, but he didn't care about winning titles and it didn't seem like a cop out as that was just his style. He liked using weapons, and unfortunately in title matches you can't do that. Abdullah was all about the carnage, and he caused plenty here. Jumbo had enough by the end and finally got the upper hand before Abdullah intentionally got them both counted out. Abdullah really needs someone that can do a convincing comeback with the crowd behind them, and Jumbo was perfect as he had enough matches against monster gaijin (Abdullah and Brody in particular) that he knew what to do to get the crowd into it. Fun match, and it went just the right amount of time as while Abdullah is fun his moveset is limited enough that he shouldn't be in matches over 20 minutes. Score: 7.0

Backdrop suplex by Kabuki and he picks up the three count! Your winners: Great Kabuki and Akira Taue

Match Thoughts: Not great, but since it had two rookies and a random gaijin I wasn't expecting much. The offense was pretty slow and plodding, and the only "hot" part of the match (when Taue was tagged in at the end) was quickly cut off before they went to the finishing sequence. I hope Roberts isn't on the next tour, he isn't bad but he is very bland and doesn't seem to bring much to the table. Pretty boring, really. Score: 3.5

Yatsu comes over and attacks Tenryu, leading to Kawada coming up from behind with a chair and hitting Yatsu with it. Yatsu gets back in the ring but now Tenryu gets a chair and he hits Yatsu repeatedly with it. Naturally by now the referee has called for the bell as Tenryu hits Yatsu with the chair one more time before leaving the ring. No Contest.

Post match: Yatsu goes out after Tenryu, battling him in the crowd but Tenryu throws him back into the ring. Tenryu goes in also, Irish whip, and he hits a lariat. Hara appears out of nowhere and they both hit an enzigieri onto Yatsu. Finally Jumbo rumbles out and the ring clears as he checks on his friend Yatsu.

Match Thoughts: The main story here was Tenryu and Yatsu, two members of opposite tag teams that feuded pretty constantly. The slap Yatsu gave Tenryu was great, as it was well done and Tenryu sold it like he had been shot in the face with a shotgun. It also gave them an excuse to have young Kawada isolated since Tenryu was out of it for a few minutes. Kawada took his beating well, but everyone was just waiting for Tenryu to get back in, and when he did he raised holy hell until the match had to be thrown out. Ok match, but better storyline advancement as the hate between Yatsu and Tenryu was palpable. Score: 6.0

Back up, Irish whip by Wajima and he hits the Wajima Special! Cover, and he picks up the three count. Your winners: Jumbo Tsuruta and Hiroshi Wajima

Match Thoughts: Another tag match that was really used to promote one pair more then the other. Abdullah was funny as after their title match he didn't want much to do with Jumbo... he tended to tag out if he got in too much of a battle with Jumbo and they had very little interaction here even though Jumbo wanted it. Wajima wasn't dreadful but he wasn't good either, and Landel was just kinda there as since he was just a visiting wrestler he wasn't as wrapped up in a storyline as the other wrestlers in the match were. It wasn't offensive, but it had too little of Abby. Score: 4.5

Final Thoughts:

Best Match: Since I named the tag title match on the last disk, on this one the best is the Jumbo vs. Abdullah for the NWA International Heavyweight Championship. Fun match with lots of blood and carnage.

Worst Match: Great Kabuki and Akira Taue vs. TNT and Pete Roberts was just really bland and had no emotion, highlight, or point.

Most Notable: An Abby title challenge and a young Kawada facing off against a young Misawa.
