Career Highlights:

One of the most storied rivalries in puroresu history, before they were hated rivals they were a bright young tag team. They only won the All Japan World Tag Team Championship twice and won the World's Strongest Tag Team League once, but they set the tone for All Japan and helped the new generation take over from the generation before them. On July 24th, 1991 Misawa and Kawada shocked many when they defeated Terry Gordy and Steve Williams for the Tag Team Championship, both of their first times winning a Heavyweight championship. In 1992 they would win the Tag League but held the title for only a month before losing to Terry Gordy and Steve Williams. Soon after they would break up as Misawa began teaming with Kobashi and Kawada teaming with Taue, and their great rivalry could finally begin as the teams would have many epic battles in the years to come.
