A former bodybuilder and boxer, Katsumasa Inoue made his pro-wrestling debut quite late, at 32, in 2002. After a couple of years spent on the lower card, Inoue started to regularly team up with Hiroyuki Kondo. In the course of years, Inoue gained a strong reputation in the company but was never able to win a major title.

In April 2009 Inoue was forced to undergo knee surgery and on August 2nd of the same year he announced his retirement from pro-wrestling.
