The older of the Morohashi brothers, Seiya debuted in 1997 in IWA Japan and joined DDT in 2002. Initially a lower midcard wrestler, Morohashi slowly became a serious wrestler and in 2007 he became a contender for the main DDT title as he developed a wrestling style inspired by Chris Benoit.
