The classic example of a talented wrestler who failed at achieving any importance in his career, Osamu Namiguchi debuted in Japan in 2003 but soon moved to Mexico for completing his training in the Toryumon dojo. Soon after his return to Japan, Namiguchi had a series of matches vs. Nakajima and showed a lot of potential; unfortunately Namiguchi was never able to improve in the ranks of ZERO-1 despite several aborted attempts to push him and the temporary adoption of the Tengu Baron gimmick. Always considered a rookie, he never was able to move up from the lower-mid card. Namiguchi announced his retirement from pro-wrestling in October 2009.
