Shinobi moved to Mexico in 1993 to train in Lucha Libre and he debuted in CMLL in 1994. After suffering a serious injury in 1995, he returned in Japan. He was later involved in the Lucha Libre Japan project with Jiraya, Masamune, Billy Ken Kid and others and also founded his own lucharesu promotion, called “Vamos,” which lasted until 2004.
